Love these mirors. Mine are "first run", so it's like the beta phase, I suppose. The price is painful, but the quality is good. My original mirrors were seized. That was both good and bad. They were aimed right for me and if they got bumped they didn't move. That was nice. However, our best car wash in town is a brush type, and their undercarrieage wash is the absolute best. With all the snow and salt corroding all of my fresh undercarriage work I wanted to start using this particular car wash, so I needed to be able to fold the mirrors back. That's when I decided to buy these mirror brackets from OBS Solutions. They work great! Now I can go through that car wash regularly. I will, however, offer a suggestion for a design improvement. They need a stopper to keep them from over rotating. The backets as they are can swing until the sharp edge contacts the paint on my doors when swinging fore and aft, and those car wash brushes are whipping pretty fast.
