This package includes all top tier parts for a coil spring 6" lift kit. Key advantages of this kit compared to other 6" lifts include robust Stock Width Modified Beams, Fox 2.0 shocks, Billet Aluminum Radius Arms, and progressive Deaver V562 leaf springs. This high-end lift kit offers a significantly improved ride compared to stock suspension and provides enhanced flexibility.
This kit comes standard with Modified Stock Width TTB Housings that have been camber corrected for increased ride height and mounted on 2” Drop Brackets. The beams have 3/16 steel plating formed and welded to all vulnerable areas of the housings, and the stock urethane bushings are replaced with machined cups welded in place to accommodate stainless steel 1" uniballs. This replacement of the pivot with a uniball enhances solid engagement in the pivot brackets, eliminates deflection, and allows the beam to cycle larger travel numbers without prematurely wearing out a stock rubber bushing. Additional modifications to the beam include an integrated bash guard and mini truss. Attached to the back of the beams are beautifully machined Billet Aluminum Radius Arms pivoting on massive 1.25" heim joints and mounted to the frame with drop frame brackets. The Radius Arm Cross Bar is also included to provide extra support to the frame. These extended radius arms are designed with more caster angle than factory radius arms, providing a more relaxed driving experience.
The lift kit features a 4" lift coil paired with Desolate Motorsports proprietary Billet Coil Spacers and 2" Drop Pivot Brackets to achieve a total lift of 6 inches on your vehicle while keeping it within alignment spec. Dual Fox 2.0 shocks are supplied for this kit to ensure the best ride quality possible. Finishing off the front install are adjustable alignment cams (preset for this kit), a full drop pitman arm, front stainless brake lines, and front limit straps.
Partnering with Deaver, this kit features a pair of Q80-2 leaf springs hung on an Extended Shackle, Fabricated Shackle Hanger, and F-Series Front Spring Mount. To control any additional body roll introduced when increasing ride height, this package features a highly popular bolt-on sway bar kit with billet sway bar arms, heat treated torsion bar, and machined links. The Billet Upper Shock Mount and weld-on lower rear shock mount included accommodate a pair of Fox 2.0 x12” reservoir shocks, providing 17" of vertical wheel travel. Finally, fresh oversized 5/8" diameter U-bolts and new axle perches are included for the recommended re-indexing of the rear pinion angle.
Note: The dual fox option is a 2.0 body with reservoir for the main shock and auxiliary fox is standard 2.0 without reservoir. Vehicle must have factory dual shock coil bucket if choosing dual shock option. Rear Deaver springs are not recommended for towing or heavy loads. All vehicles require alignment after lift install. everything fits perfect and works great
Started out needing the drivers side repaired, and figured if I do one why not do both.
Many times I have welded in reinforcement and so on to fix these and this kit here from experience makes life so simple I will not be using/doing anything else from here forward.
They fit perfectly in the cup on both sides, no gaps, no rivet holes lead to anything important behind. Comes with everything you will need aside from a 1/8” drill bit.
I recommend using a center punch to all of your holes so you don’t walk the bit given some of the holes are on slopes.
This brought my door handle from sloppy to sturdy and firm and I don’t see it getting sloppy again.

Purchased the 10” of travel Bilsteins for my 1984 bullnose to pair with a 99 Dana 60 RSK swap. Came quick and price was very competitive. Plan to purchase another set for the rear now to match my Sky's shackle flip.
Very easy Install, and looks great. Works way better than the original hood springs.
Replaced the old hood springs with these gas filled struts and let me tell what a difference it is to open and close the hood…pure bliss.
