80-96 Bronco Complete Rear Long Travel Suspension Kit

This full rear suspension kit is a combination of rear-end components put together into one package at a discounted price. The components that make up this kit include Billet Rear Upper Shock Mount and Weld-on Lower Shock Mounts, Rear Axle Perches, choice of leaf spring (see below) with large head urethane bushings, fully fabricated shackle hangers, extended shackles, and bolt-on Rear Sway Bar Kit. These suspension components were designed around each other and work beautifully together. Pairing King’s Performance Race Series 2.5x12” smoothies or 3 tube bypass shocks with this package provides superior dampening over stock components with the option to step up to a King Performance Race Series 3.0x12” 3 tube bypass for even more suspension control.

Spring option guideline:

2-3" of lift:  choose Q80-2 (pairs great with 3.5 - 4" front lift)on vehicles that are similar to factory weight

4-5" of lift choose Q80 (pairs great with 5-6" lift front or if vehicle is heavier than normal and has 4" lift up from (example: camping gear, heavy back bumper etc.) 

4-5" of lift depending on how much weight your Bronco has. Our top tier spring. Intended for heavier loads like aftermarket rear bumpers, camping gear, roll cages, spares, tools, etc. (500-1000lbs)

Note: We do not install this kit without re-indexing pinon angle and removing the factory wedge block. Welding experience is required. Relocation of muffler and removal of factory heat shield, factory shock mount, and rivets is required.
