Returns and Refunds

We accept product returns within 30-days after you have received your order. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.  This is to help pay our employees for the time it takes to ship, coordinate, and inspect the return.  Customer's attitude plays a key role to restocking fee.  :) 


Eligibility Requirements:

Returned products must be in NEW condition, unused and not altered in any way to be accepted. Any missing components, hardware etc. will reduce the amount of the refund issued. We ONLY accept returns from the original purchasing customer.

Products that have been modified, damaged during installation or used in any other manner are not eligible for return.  Products must be clean and not show signs of wear, mock-up, cosmetic defects in any condition other than how it was received from us.

Customers are responsible for purchasing return label. Please do not use the manufacturer packaging for returns. We do NOT accept C.O.D.

 

Refunds will take 5-10 days to process once received.

Sale, closeout and non-OBS Solutions branded products are not eligible for return.
