This product takes care of the switch area. If your panel has missing tabs to retain the switch bezel this product fixes that. This works on both power and non-power mirrors.

I bought my 7.3L '97 F250 about 3 years ago and the driver's side power window, lock and mirror control panel tabs were broken when I got it. I thought it would be an easy fix but found out how wrong I was. The red interior made it near impossible to find a replacement door panel... and then I found OBS Solutions videos on Youtube. Hilarious by the way.
There instructions were detailed enough to get the job done relatively easily. The fabric around the panel was damaged enough that it didn't quite go together with no visible flaws, but the bracket made it where my panel isn't dangling by the wires anymore... and that matters WAY more to me!!
It did exactly what it was supposed too.

Easy to install with a Dremel and a 1/4" drill. Instructions were easy to follow with lots of pictures. The clip retainer slot is a little tight, so the switch bezel needs some encouragement to fit in the slot properly, but this can be opened up with some sand paper. The door panel retainers that were supplied with the kit are much better than the ones I've gotten off eBay or the local parts store. With the new retainers and the bracket, my door panel no longer rattles and the truck feels more solid. Thx!
