Restore your doors to factory-fresh function with our premium Front Door Hinge Kit, designed specifically for 1980–1997 OBS Ford F-Series trucks and Broncos. Whether you're tackling a full restoration or fixing worn-out hinges, this kit delivers the perfect fit and long-lasting durability.
Please see video below for installation instructions.
What’s Included:
Upper and Lower Front Door Hinges (Driver and Passenger Side)
New Mounting Hardware with smaller bolt heads for easier installation
Please Note:
This kit is designed only for front doors. It will not fit rear doors on Crew Cab models.
Optional Add-On:
Upgrade to OE Ford door strikers for the best fit and finish. While aftermarket options are available, we recommend OEM as many aftermarket strikers use oversized bushings that can cause the door to hang up.
Built for ease of installation and OEM-level performance, this hinge kit is a must-have for any OBS Ford enthusiast.

Hinges installed and adjusted well. The video also helped quite a bit with things to watch out for. The supplied new hardware was a good bonus.
Glad I got them , excellent change to the bronco doors!
Three of my AC and heat panel fasteners were broken out and I had installed a double DIN (7”x4”) Pioneer radio so this bracket needed modified to fit this large radio. I cut just above the angled horizontal bracket on each side. The radio fits fine and the bracket is robust enough without the horizontal support. OBSSolutions fabricates great parts and solves any systemic issues of these trucks so they can be made better than new.
Great kit, awesome customer service. Perfect upgrade from the old bench seats in my 88.
This step makes it easy for me to get into the bed of my 1995 F250 2wd. Instructions were easy to follow, 20 minutes start to finish!! Looks great and does what I want. Picked it up Friday at the NO BS OBS Truck Show. Thanks for organizing the show and for the terrific parts!
These steps look the best imo, and there's no denying the quality of the design and materials. They are extremely robust, and should last a lifetime, while also being very sturdy compared to the hoop steps. Cost is the only con, but I'm sure r&d plus fabrication wasn't cheap, and I'm happy supporting OBS Solutions!
Very impressed with these lights both in quality and ease of install. They’re WAY brighter than the old lights. They plug in to the original bulb socket perfectly. The instructions are easy to follow. Can’t say enough good about them!
Customer service was incredible. They managed to re-ship them. Got them installed super easy and they look awesome . Exactly what I needed
I ordered the crossmember for my 1997 f250 that I converted from automatic to manual transmission. I was told it would be about 2 weeks to fabricate it. I was told when it was in fabrication and again once completed and ready for shipment. I received in two days from the time I was told it would ship! Once I received it, I was very impressed with the workmanship and it went in perfect! Very happy with both OBS solutions and Carrick customs!

It works. It took a lot of test fitting, I suppose after more than 30 years the door card has warped a bit. For the same reason getting a new one would look terrible in my truck.
It took a lot of test fitting, and being more aggressive with the Dremel on both the bracket and the door than I first thought would be necessary. Going slow a struggling it was a 4 hour slog, which also included drilling out and using plastics inserts for the screw holes in the door.
1 hour job second time around would be my estimate.
