1992-1997 F-Series with 40/20/40 seat setup
Optional: Silver Cup Insert, Black Cup Inserts
I purchased the Complete Performance Custom Cup Holder for the 92-96/97 F-series trucks with the 40/20/40 seats. Initial inspection of the cup holder was good.
It is sturdy, and made from ABS plastic injected into a mold, that gives a smooth finish without any rough edges. It also allows each holder to be identically made. The cup holder fits into the opening of the current cup holders, and is supplied with 5 screws, and a properly sized drill bit. I wasn’t too keen on drilling the holes, so I left the cup holders without the screws installed. It stayed in place fairly well, however a little bit of double sided tape would secure them good enough if you didn’t want to drill the holes in you center console. You could use very thin Velcro if you wanted them removable.
The height of the holder is the key; it retains the correct diameter for larger cups, or tumblers, but also retains a recess for a handle if your larger cup or tumbler has a handle that’s up high. The height of these holders keeps your drink from tumbling over, which you don’t want your tumbler to do!
There is an option for the inserts that go inside this cup holder. I purchased the black inserts. They are made of aluminum and pressed into shape, and are very thin so they don’t take up much room inside the cup holder. The inserts provide a nice visual touch that makes it look more finished. Depending on your style, you can get coated black aluminum, or uncoated aluminum inserts. If you don’t travel with a cup the same diameter size of the insert, I would suggest leaving the inserts out or above the rubber ears until you need them if you opt to purchase them with the cup holder. It allows you to retain the factory rubber ears inside the console to hold your drink from moving around in the cup holders if you leave them out completely, and if you let them set on top of the rubber ears, it keeps the rubber ears from bent out of the way permanently. With the inserts installed, the cup you’re using can slide around in them if it’s a lot smaller than the insert itself.
Overall, if you’re tired of holding your drinks in the cup holders of your OBS with the 40/20/40, then this is a good upgrade. I just wouldn’t drill the holes, and I’d use good double-sided tape that was on the thinner side.

I replaced my carpet due to many stains from spilled drinks….this is a carpet and drink saver!
The light went in no problem and look great at night, the only down side was I ordered the wrong one, which is on me because I didn't realize I had the metal dome light. Only recommend to double check the kit you order. Sorry for the dirty dash, its a work in progress.
Originally planned to piece together a set of links for my 99 Dana 60 axle under my bullnose ford. When adding in the time wasted trying to source different parts and hardware as well as designing them this was far cheaper and very high quality. I ended up welding the tabs to the frame. I figured if I ever decided to run no sway bar they wouldn’t hurt being there. Even when pushed to the edge of the frame there is a little miss alignment from mount to the sway bar but I doubt it would ever hurt anything. I added some 1/2 inch aluminum round stock spacers between the links at the top mount to push the links inward toward the center of the frame and that seems to have helped the alignment of the links and made the mounting position more parallel. Overall super happy with these. If sky’s has made it for the front end of my truck it’s under there.
The steering linkage upgrade for my Dana 60 axle is top shelf. The rep at OBS was excellent to deal with, Replies to my questions were very quick and helpful. The package arrived in a timely manner and in excellent condition. I highly recommend OBS for your custom parts and obs parts.

97 Ford Crew Cab - The mechanical parts/adaptors are of good quality and not too difficult to install, but the electrical instructions could be improved, and I’d appreciate a hard copy to have under the truck.
To get a clean install, I ended up removing all of the thresholds, upper seat belt mounts, and lower panels except for the driver's side kick panel. Then I removed all of the plastic wire conduit, carefully laid out the wires, and made my plan for drilling, cutting and splicing where needed. The only wires that needed to be extended were the main power and ground. Once I had wiring neatly laid out, spliced and the heat shrink installed, I reinstalled the plastic conduit. I spent 24 hours on the disassembly, wiring, and reassembly, but it turned out nice. A few grommets of various sizes like single wire, ¼” and ½” I.D. will come in useful as well as some baling wire as a wire puller/fish tool.
In the end they turned out great and tucked away nicely, but it took me 30 hours to get them installed. I recommend this adapter kit!
