OBS D60 Heavy Duty Steering Kit

Upgrade your factory steering with a heavy-duty solution that offers superior strength, performance, and long-term value. This bolt-on steering kit is a direct replacement for OEM steering linkage on 1980–1997 Ford F‑350 4WD trucks with Dana 60 front axles.

Our redesigned Y-link adapter and double-adjuster tube adapters improve strength and make alignment adjustments easier than ever. The Synergy Mfg heavy-duty tie rod ends offer longer service life, tighter steering feel, and reduced maintenance cost. A new single-plane tie rod end at the passenger side knuckle eliminates tie rod roll and gets rid of the vague “dead spot” in the steering wheel common with factory designs.

Each kit is TIG welded in-house using 1.5" x .188" DOM tubing and built for serious off-road performance and longevity.

If You're Upgrading:

If you already have an older version of our steering kit with low misalignment dust boots, you can upgrade by replacing the passenger side tie rod end with the 4169‑L and swapping the driver side boot.
Note: The 4169‑L is not compatible with the low misalignment boots.

Installation:

• 100% bolt-on

• Remove old steering components, install the kit, and have an alignment done
