Fix the weak point in your OBS frame. The section behind the shackle mount is where these frames tend to crack and fail.
We designed this kit in two pieces to box in the C-channel section that Ford missed and another to fill in the shackle pocket that isn't used when doing a Coil Swap conversion or a Front Shackle Reversal. This is designed for the 4x4 frame. A 2wd version will be available in the future.
As you can see on this frame we are doing a coil swap and filled all unused holes, including the shackle hole. If you're doing a shackle reversal you will need this hole and if you do the shackle pocket kit you will need to drill this hole and remove the spacer from the hanger.

These guys are some bad dudes…….. and they probably don’t even know it. Bought this get to give the old girl a modern twist. I absolutely love it. Once again the instructions were spot on and install was a breeze. These guys probably didn’t even realize they gave me the perfect mount for my oil catch can too. Probably get roasted for where I have it mounted but it works great. These guys are changing the game one OBS at a time.
Installed easily even came with hardware. Fits good and you cant tell its there when its in.
Ordered this kit and am quite pleased. Packaging was well marked for hinge replacement. Have only installed the driver side door hinges but can say I am very pleased. Hinges seem to be good quality, work well and kit came w smaller bolts and all door card clips that worked great. Thank you OBS Solutions.

Long story is if you haven’t replaced your moldings, I can guarantee you that you need too. Short of the story is, it’s an absolute breeze to install these molding kits. They fit perfectly! I think fit and perform better than what the factory sent them out with. I also can’t get over how amazing the quality is. Especially at the price point!! A big THANK YOU to you all at OBS Solutions!
