INSTRUCTIONS

These shock extension brackets relocate the lower shock mounting point closer to the ground, reducing the shock angle and allowing the shock to operate more effectively. They are especially beneficial on lowered trucks where the factory shock mounting location can create a more drastic shock angle and render the shock none fuctional.

If you are installing an axle flip kit, or your truck already has the rear axle flipped, we highly recommend installing these brackets. The axle flip changes the position of the rear axle and can create a more severe shock angle. These brackets help correct the angle and allow the shock to function more effectively.

Designed specifically for 1980–1996 Ford F-100 and F-150 2WD trucks, the brackets bolt into the factory lower shock mounting location.
