Building off the awesome attributes from our 4" Mid Travel kit, this 6" lift kit is designed to provide the same ride quality in a 6" lift kit. A kit that will withstand big tires and trail usage like a champ, while still keeping great on the Highway drive characteristics. This kit can be used with 35 or 37" tires. (37's will require trimming.)
This lift kit features a 4" lift coil paired with Desolate Motorsports Billet Coil Spacers and 2" Drop Pivot Brackets to achieve the full 6" of lift while keeping it within alignment spec. Customize this kit by choosing Fox 2.0 or Bilstein 5100 series shocks, as well as selecting either High Clearance Steel or Billet Aluminum Radius Arms that pivot on massive 1.25″ heims. Both extended radius arm options are designed with more caster angle than factory radius arms, resulting in a more relaxed driving experience. The Modified Stock Width TTB Housings included in this kit has been reworked to correct camber and is reinforced with 3/16 steel plating that is formed and welded to all vulnerable areas of the beam. The stock urethane pivot bushings are removed, and machined cups are welded in place to accommodate stainless steel 1" uniballs. This replacement enhances the solid engagement of the beam within the pivot brackets, eliminates deflection, and allows for greater travel without prematurely wearing out stock rubber bushings. Additional modifications to the beams include an integrated bash guard and mini truss. Front extended stainless brake lines, front limit straps, a full drop pitman arm, and adjustable alignment cams are all included to complete the install of this kit.
Note: The dual fox option is a 2.0 body with reservoir for the main shock and auxiliary fox is standard 2.0 without reservoir. Vehicle must have factory dual shock coil bucket if choosing dual shock option. All vehicles require alignment after lift installation. Please call or email for more info.

Installed easily even came with hardware. Fits good and you cant tell its there when its in.
Ordered this kit and am quite pleased. Packaging was well marked for hinge replacement. Have only installed the driver side door hinges but can say I am very pleased. Hinges seem to be good quality, work well and kit came w smaller bolts and all door card clips that worked great. Thank you OBS Solutions.
Long story is if you haven’t replaced your moldings, I can guarantee you that you need too. Short of the story is, it’s an absolute breeze to install these molding kits. They fit perfectly! I think fit and perform better than what the factory sent them out with. I also can’t get over how amazing the quality is. Especially at the price point!! A big THANK YOU to you all at OBS Solutions!

Absolutely impressed with the OBS Solutions Amp Step Bracket Kit for my Bronco. The fit and finish were top notch. The brackets are incredibly well thought out and solid. Everything lined up great and the design feels way stronger than other kits I’ve seen. The adjustable setup made dialing in the step position simple, and the final result looks clean. Definitely worth the money if you want a sturdy, well-engineered solution for AMP steps on a OBS Ford or Bronco. Highly recommend!

I've been looking at this conversion kit for a long time. I finally got the money saved up. I bought the kit and the wiring harness. I was afraid that the wiring harness was going to be a joke... it was not. It was excellent. The instructions were good, the identification markings were excellent. They did match the Boost Auto's mirrors perfectly.
The kit welded in smoothly including the door stiffener brakets. I had to over size my mounting holes to get the mirrors to level out and adjust better for mt truck. Over all I'm very pleased with my purchase, the fit, and precise description of the kit.
Nothing but positive things to say about OBS Solutions parts and their customer service is top notch!
