These popular front and rear kits have been paired together to create a great coil spring mid travel suspension kit. This kit represents a step up from the 4" Daily Combo with advantages including an optional Fox 2.0 shock package, Billet Radius Arm option, and progressive Deaver Q80-2 leaf springs. These high-end components contribute to a performance-oriented ride with greater flexibility and having already incorporated Modified Stock Width Beams and extended radius arms make future upgrades to long travel much easier.
This "Better" combo features a 4" lift coil combined with either Fox 2.0 or Bilstein 5100 series matching shock sets. Further customize this kit by selecting High Clearance Steel or Billet Aluminum Radius Arms, which pivot on robust 1.25″ heims. Both extended radius arm options are designed with more caster than factory radius arms, providing a more relaxed driving experience. The Modified Stock Width TTB Housings in this kit have been reworked to correct camber and are reinforced with 3/16 steel plating formed and welded to all vulnerable areas of the beam. The stock urethane pivot bushings are removed, and machined uniball cups are welded in place to accommodate stainless steel 1" uniballs. This replacement enhances solid engagement in the pivot brackets, reduces deflection, and allows for larger travel numbers without prematurely wearing out a stock rubber bushing.
Other components included in the kit are front stainless steel braided extended brake lines, front limit straps, mild drop pitman arm, and adjustable alignment cams that are preconfigured for this kit.
For the rear suspension, the setup utilizes Deaver’s Q80-2 progressive leaf springs along with an extended shackle to provide 3-4" of lift over stock, depending on the vehicle weight. Rear shocks mount in factory locations for ease of installation, an extended rear brake line, and new axle perches are provided for the recommended re-indexing of the pinion angle.
This well-rounded mid-travel kit is capable of 11” of front wheel travel and 14" in the rear while cycling a 35” tire.
Note: The dual fox option is a 2.0 body with reservoir for the main shock and auxiliary fox is standard 2.0 without reservoir. Vehicle must have factory dual shock coil bucket if choosing dual shock option. Rear Deaver springs are not recommended for towing or heavy loads. All vehicles require alignment after lift install. Quick install, and the provided metal template makes this a breeze. I would just add that drilling a 15/64 sized hole is large enough to fit the bottom bolts through. I appreciate the quality parts yall provide for us OBS guys.

It’s a great product with the exception of the hardware. The kit installed easy no fabrication but the hardware bag came with so many different random bolts and screws no 2 bolts were the same except for the lower mounting bolts. For the price I do wish it came with mirrors but overall excellent design and quality
The only thing I would change is to have a stronger detent. The other is I had to red lock tight the nut because the swing kept getting loose.
