Ford used a Paper/Cardboard Shim Spacer on the 1980-97 F-Series and Broncos where the top of the front fenders bolt to the cab. We've found the original spacers on most trucks to be falling apart or missing altogether. This can cause many issues, including but not limited to poor body panel alignment and/or a loud "popping or clunking noise" when driving in and out of driveways.
Our replacement Poly Shim Spacers are intended to replace and outlast the OEM Paper/Cardboard pieces your Truck or Bronco originally came with. Laser cut for precision fit. Package includes 5 shims that are 0.15" thickness.
Quick install and definitely did the trick on the annoying road noise.

Great product
I really did not like the old cardboard, shims, and how warped they were. Plus most of them were already cracked. Slap these right in no problem. Would highly recommend.

This is the solution!
Got a 96' 7.3 OBS that creaks and pops making turns or pulling into my driveway. I have spent the last three years replacing every single part in my suspension. Turns out it was the fender. Pulled the two bolts and stuck in this shim. Now only noise I hear is the purr of the engine. Excellent product and works amazing! Plus I have extra.
