These Side-Steps are designed to fit 1992-97 Ford F-Series and Bronco's. Different brackets are required depending on cab configuration, make sure you order correctly.
This product is unlike any step ever created for these trucks. They've been designed for both maximum strength and stability, while requiring minimal drilling on the truck cab. Each step is adjustable and uses a support rod with heim joints to stabilize and reduce flex/movement. All holes that are required to be drilled, are either hidden or not noticeable at all once installation is completed.
Each step, regardless of cab configuration is positioned by a pre-existing hole in the pinch weld under the cab rocker. Please read the entire instructions carefully!
We are actively working on adapting these steps for the earlier 1987-1991 F-Series and Bronco's. Those trucks have a different pinch weld and mounting locations. Stay tuned for these in the future.

These steps look the best imo, and there's no denying the quality of the design and materials. They are extremely robust, and should last a lifetime, while also being very sturdy compared to the hoop steps. Cost is the only con, but I'm sure r&d plus fabrication wasn't cheap, and I'm happy supporting OBS Solutions!
I opted for the raw aluminum for my 1994 F250. These steps bolted up in 2-3 hours. Directions were very detailed and easy to follow. Overall I think they match the styling of the OBS ford perfectly. The design is a welcome modern take on the classic (but flawed) older hoop step design. Thanks OBS Solutions for putting all the R&D into a proper step!
I hesitated forever because of the cost. All I can say is just do it. I haven’t thought about the price again from the moment I bolted them on the truck.The quality of the fabrication and finish of the final product is outstanding. They mount solid as a rock and look like it was designed by the Ford engineers alongside the actual truck. If you’re looking for a minimal step with form and function, this is it. They are so streamlined and pair perfectly with my bumper to really clean up the lines of this truck. 10/10
I ordered these because I'm knocking the tan color of my Eddie Bauer Bronco. The steps look much cleaner and modern than the original fiber glass rocker length board. The design is strong and well put together. I added a few more washers to the install than came with the kit but that's my preference and probably not necessary. Passenger side vertical bolts, I drilled them a little to close to the outside, but used a round file to open the holes a bit more and made it work. Other than that the instructions will walk you through just fine. The price is not cheap but the parts are quality and really clean up the appearance of your truck, if you require a step. No regrets so far.
Brackets were right but my auto body shop was wrong. New brackets being sent. Rickey is quite an awesome person. Cannot wait. Great product
These went in pretty dang easy on my crew cab. Install took me a day, and most of that was just the wiring. The brackets fit perfect and they make for a sturdy step. My only hang up were the switches, after putting some noalox on the sheet metal screws they worked great.
Brake light bushing kit solved the problem. Kit wasn't available from a dealer thankfully I could get it here.
They are nicely designed and work as intended, and barely noticeable which was what I wanted, and that's why I'm not dropping a star. That said, I should also mention that $80 for a set of 4 small die cut plastic pieces is a bit too much.
